When credits are returned and how to ask for a refund

Baile Charme AI sells credits, not subscriptions. You pay once for a pack and use the credits when you want. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews automatically.
If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically and you can try again. If a video is never delivered and you would rather have your money back, write to us and we will refund it.
AI results can vary. If your video does not look like the person in your photo, first try a clearer, brighter, front-facing photo. If it still does not look right, write to us and we will refund you.
If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, write to us and we will refund it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider and can be several business days.
Please write to us before you open a dispute with your bank. We will do our best to fix the problem quickly.
There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits do not expire.
